105. An educational childcare provider must ensure that any expansion gates, expandable enclosures, carriages and strollers for babies and children used comply with the relevant regulations made under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (S.C. 2010, c. 21).

105. A childcare provider must use folding gates, expandable enclosures, carriages and strollers that comply with the Hazardous Products (Expansion Gates and Expandable Enclosures) Regulations (SOR/90-39) and the Carriages and Strollers Regulations (SOR/85-379) made under the Hazardous Products Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. H-3).
